Your satisfaction is guaranteed. With good experience in serving out guests, we clearly realize what should be done to satisfy your desires. If the following cases happen to you, you will have the right to ask us for a refund of 10% of total payment.

• Transportation without air conditioning.
• Late departures --1 hour later than scheduled
• Poor hotel conditions as mentioned
• Bad food as mentioned
• Unhelpful or unknowledgeable guides

Discounts

10% Early registration discount. 10% per person is deducted from the land cost of adventures with set departure dates when we receive your deposit at least 3 months in advance of your departure (not applicable to tours with weekly departures).

5% Group discount. 5% discount per person is deducted from the land cost of your adventure for any party of 3 or more, booking at the same time and travelling on the same Green Trail Tours.

Alumni discount. All past Green Trail Tours travelers are eligible for a discount on their next adventure according to the following schedule:

Second GTT trip: 5% discount
Third GTT trip: 6% discount
Fourth and subsequent trips: 8% discount
