You will start out from Sapa by cycling the 16 kilometers uphill to the Vietnam highest pass of Tram Ton, at 2000 meters above sea level. From here it is downhill for around 26 kilometers on the road described as the most beautiful one in Vietnam with breathtaking scenery all the way to Binh Lu.

Shuttle out of Can Tho to the village of Tam Vu , start the loop of 140 km biking today along the paved road toward Vi Thanh. Turn off the road and keep riding on a dirt road along the Rach Ngoi canal. After riding through the busy market, Khmer community, get back to the pavement at Vi Thanh at lunch time, followed by a shuttle back to Can Tho.
