Vietnam's Central Highlands are characterized by hilly landscaped covered with lush forests and features tribes. In this region, travelers can take a visit to Dalat, the former retreat destination of the French and the largest city of this region with the high mountainous areas. The South of Vietnam features the economic city, Ho Chi Minh (formerly Saigon), covered by lush and less-visited Mekong Delta.
